THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK
I'm Bruno Fioli
I've worked in business management since 2010, combining hands-on operational experience with a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in Business Management.
I understand business systems from the operational side: coordinating people, managing suppliers and contracts, and keeping everyday work moving. My experience spans Brazil and Australia, with a background in transport and fleet management.
Today, I bring that experience to process improvement and practical business systems. I work directly with you and your team to understand the work, build or connect the right tools, and support their use.
